Returns & Refunds Policy
Shopping online can be tricky sometimes, so we do our best to ensure you are happy with your items. Sometimes things happen, and if it does, we will try and solve it for you.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on change of mind purchases for both Domestic and International orders. If your item is incorrect or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order to organise a replacement or a refund (on faulty items). Shipping costs are non-refundable, however we will cover any delivery costs if returning a faulty item. Please ensure the item is returned in the same condition it was delivered and is still in its original packaging.
For international orders, we do not offer refunds for delays in shipping. Unfortunately, once your item has been dispatched, we do not have control over your order. We recommend you follow the tracking information provided and contact your local delivery company. However, if it has been over 8 weeks and your order has still not arrived, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the inconvenience.
